In the past two weeks, I've baked a carrot cake, a black magic cake, pb and dark chocolate chip cookes, and some pb granola. The baking streak has not ended. Just a few days back, I toyed with the idea of cheesecake, brownies, and salted caramel, all swirled together in a dense, chocolatey brownie. Kids love it, and so do adults... why am I not surprised?
I know how all the ingredients seem to come as an avalanche but trust me, this recipe is one of the simplest I've tried. Any kinds of salted caramel will work - I used my own recipe - and yes, you can replace salted caramel with normal caramel and maybe even dulce de leche.
